What's involved?
We will be having fun in the gym for the whole day! Playing games, setting challenges, using and developing our skills such as balancing, tumbling, swinging, jumping, twisting and turning. We will be using our apparatus, floor, bar, beam, trampoline, vault etc. All of this will be supervised with qualified coaches who are also first aid trained and experienced at working with a range of kids. This is open to all our members and non-members, just register below to be part of this cool programme.
What do we need to bring?
A drink bottle, even at this time of year it can get really hot in the gym so a drink bottle is a good idea. You need to wear easy to move in clothing like a singlet and shorts, t-shirt, and leggings, with no fancy buttons or zips that could damage your child or our equipment, but also a warm layer as it can cool down in the gym too. A packed lunch with snacks for the day. Don't forget to bring an open mind and a can-do attitude to give everything a go!
